Notes	Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their bids electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed Proposals (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile proposals will not be considered. Bids can be hand delivered to City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3rd. Floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 or submitted through Cit-E-Bid system until 5:00 P.M. on September 29, 2025 and all submitted bids received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 2025. The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. Vendors are encouraged to attend the Walk thru on September 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Sames Auto Arena located at 6700 Arena Blvd. Laredo, Tx. Potential Vendors are required to come thru the Main Entrance Guest Services and sign in.
