Description: Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on September 1, 2026 for BID –HVAC BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS) UPGRADES PROJECT. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101. All Bidders shall attend the MandatoryPre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Monday, August 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Meet in the lobby at Westmoreland County Courthouse located at 2 N. Main Street, Greensburg, PA 15601. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation: BID – HVAC BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM (BAS) UPGRADES PROJECT Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
