Description: The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for the purchase of services for Asphalt Patching.  Specifications may be received at, and bids are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, clearly marked on the outside of envelope: As Need Asphalt Patching and Small Paving Services – Bid #25-022.
