25-06	In-Progress	Cocoa Building 12 ATC Renovation	04/21/2025 10:00 AM	05/14/2025 2:00 PM	Eastern Florida State College is seeking an architectural/engineering firm and Construction company (Design Build Team) to provide Investigative, SD, DD, CD (with Cost Estimate), and CA services for Building 12, currently a library located on the Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Rd. Cocoa, FL 32922. The project will be to redesign building 12, all 3 floors and consolidate library to 1st floor. The 2nd and 3rd floors to become the new Advanced Technology Center (ATC). The construction shall be compliant with the Florida Building Code and 2014 SREF guidelines. A one-time, mandatory, pre-response and walk through with prospective individuals and/or firms (collectively the “Firms”) representing their own businesses will be held on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 10 AM EST. The meeting will be held at: Building #12, Eastern Florida State College, Cocoa Campus, 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, Florida, 32922. Meeting Location: Lobby.
