REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PROPOSALS FOR THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, AND PROGRAMMING OF INSTRUMENTATION EQUIPMENT FOR WATER TREATMENT PLANT REVERSE OSMOSIS SKIDS

The City of Saint Peter, Department of Public Works – Water Utility is requesting formal written proposals for the purchase, installation, and programming of the following to complete an upgrade to the reverse osmosis skids at the Saint Julien Water Plant:

EQUIPMENT        DESCRIPTION

Main RO Skids      (2) 435 GPM Reverse Osmosis Skids

Brine RO Skid       (1) 190 GPM Reverse Osmosis Skid

Manufacturer         Wigen Water Technologies

Scope of Work

1. Replace analytical instrumentation with Rosemount equipment on Main RO Skid #1 (probes, transmitters and flow meters)
2. Replace analytical instrumentation with Rosemount equipment on Main RO Skid #2 (probes, transmitters and flow meters)
3. Replace analytical instrumentation with Rosemount equipment on Brine RO Skid #3 (probes, transmitters and flow meters)

*Includes field installation, automation support, piping & fittings, control panel modifications, start-up and testing of upgrades.
