The Naugatuck Valley Health District (“NVHD”), “Owner”, is seekng a qualified firm to serve as construction manager (“CM”) for the renovation of its facility at 98 Bank Street, Seymour, CT 06483 (the “Project”). The primary goal of this project is to complete oversight and construction management of the Project on time and within the allotted budget.
