Description: The Village of Northbrook is requesting quotations to retain the services of a professional engineering firm to update its current comprehensive Lead Service Line Replacement Plan in accordance with the Lead Service Line Replacement and Notification Act (Public Act 102-0613). The update must incorporate all current technical and legislative requirements into the updated 2027 plan. The updated plan must be submitted to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) no later than April 15, 2027.
