Description
The intent of this contract is for a duration of 3, 5, or 7 years, depending on selected bid.

All residential solid waste will be collected and disposed of once a week ( 5-day schedule) to include curbside recyclable materials once a week (5-day schedule).

Solid waste collection will be limited to carts provided by the Town. Any waste outside of the carts provided by the Town will be deemed ineligible for collection.

Curbside collection shall be restricted to residential homes located on Town-accepted roads, or, roads that have been petitioned for acceptance.
