Equipment is being ordered for the Northwest, Northcentral, and Southwest Regions, as well as the IIJA and MERP personnel in one order to reduce costs by bulk ordering. Bascom-Turner Instruments is the requested manufacturer for all items contained in this bid. Please include all costs including shipping/handling within the costs of the line items supplied, i.e. bid prices must be FOB destination. No additional costs will be allowed.
