This project is located on two privately owned parcels in Shelburne and South Burlington, along the Muddy Brook. The project will restore land adjacent to the brook by establishing a forested riparian buffer intended to improve water quality, stabilize streambanks, and reduce nutrient loading. Phosphorus reduction estimates were developed in coordination with the Basin 8 Planner using approved state modeling tools. Special Instructions: See bid attachment for instructions.
