Description: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Calimesa, as City, invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive such bids in the offices of the Public Works Department at 908 Park Avenue, Calimesa, California, 92320, up to the hour of 2:30 PM, on Monday, the 3rd day of February 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid Specifications Engineer's Estimate is $180,000 A MANDATORY JOB WALK will be held on: TUESDAY JANUARY 21, 2025 AT 8AM.  Job walk will meet at 908 Park Avenue and include visits of each project site. Bids must be prepared on the approved proposal forms in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside: ATTN. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, SEALED BID FOR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES NO. 2024-10.  The City of Calimesa reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award each item separately, and/or waive any informality on any bid.
