The State seeks comprehensive PBM services including, but not limited to, best in class discounts and rebates, network management, clinical programs, formulary management, utilization management, claims administration, fraud detection, compliance with state and federal regulations, integration with the medical third-party administrator (TPA), dispute resolution, and customer service.
