Description: The Hendersonville Police Department is accepting sealed bids from qualified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers for the exchange of one (1) lot of  confiscated firearms for credit toward the purchase of AR-15 patrol rifles. Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-17-1317(l), the exchange shall occur solely between the Hendersonville Police Department and a licensed and qualified firearms dealer in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or technicalities.
