Project Description: RFB 2025. 04. In compliance with the City of Isle of Palms Procurement Code, the city is seeking bids from qualified general contractors to submit sealed bids for a flood barrier project on the Wild Dunes golf course adjacent to Waterway Boulevard. The work includes the installing approx. 1300 feet of HDPE piping, placing 1500 cubic yards of berm material, preparing and paving approx. 2000 linear feet of eight foot wide cart path, constructing approx. 590' of retaining wall and installing approx. 75, 000 sq' of Bermuda sod.
