Description: Queen Anne’s County Area Agency on Aging is seeking qualified in-home care providers to submit bids for the provision of non-medical and/or medical home care services for clients residing in Queen Anne’s County. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract with one or more providers who can deliver high-quality, reliable, and compassionate care. The selected provider(s) will be expected to deliver services to Queen Anne’s County residents that may include, but are not limited to: • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) • Meal preparation and feeding assistance • Light housekeeping • Medication reminders • Companionship • Transportation to appointments (if applicable) • Skilled nursing services (if applicable and licensed) Providers should clearly specify which services they offer.
