Project Description: The proposed project is a Roadway Paving for Byselle Road (from George Ave to Woodcrest Rd), Heather Lane (from Tierney St. to Strawberry Hill Ave), Cory Lane (from Heather Ln to Katy Ln), and Katy Lane (from Cory Ln to Walter
Ave.). It includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, supervision, etc. for the Project. The awarded bidder is also responsible for most incidentals related to this work such as Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, driveway or walk replacement, the resetting of structures and site restoration as necessary to complete the Project scope of work. Alternate 1 includes reclaim and paving of Beacon Street (from Sunset Hill Road to Strawberry Hill Avenue).
