Notes	The City of Irving Capital Improvements Program Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi- Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualification proposals to provide professional services for the design and Engineering of a 48-inch wastewater line along Delaware Creek from Senter Park to Nursery Road, and all appurtenances. Please see the Activities tab for the date, time, and location of the pre-submittal meeting. A public opening will be held via TEAMS.  Please see the Activities tab for further details. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment. In the case of an RFP or RFQ, any hard copy requirements in addition to the electronic response will be noted in the specifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
