Project Description: TARC has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP), to obtain bids from qualified bidders to provide TARC Armored Car Service. TARC intends to award a single vendor contract that demonstrates lowest costs for a fixed-firm contract with an initial term of three (3) years and an optional term of two (2) one-year terms that includes the pick-up, counting, packaging, transporting, and unloading of bank deposits. All bids must be submitted on time according to Section 1.3 of the Schedule.
