Description: The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested in purchasing a 2012 Deep South Brush Truck. The City intends to enter into a Sales Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract” or “Agreement”) for this purchase. 1.The objective of this RFB is to award to the highest responsive responsible bidder. 2. A copy of this RFB can be obtained upon request from the office of the Purchasing Officer at City Hall.
