Bid Proposals: The Assistant Vice President of Procurement Services at Montclair State University will receive bids for Request for Proposal 1626 Roof Renovation: University Hall by May 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., when they will be publicly opened in the Third Floor Lobby of the Overlook Corporate Center, 150 Clove Road, Little Falls, NJ 07424.

Scope of Services Overview: The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: Work shall include, but is not limited to, replacing damaged roof membrane with new membrane.
