Business Account Manager services will be provided to: • DVR eligible consumer referred by State Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. DVR eligible consumers are individuals with disabilities that present a significant barrier to employment. • Individuals who are eligible for services through the Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBVI).
