Bids will be accepted until 3:30 pm on Friday, March 13, 2026, prevailing local time, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting in the conference room of the second floor of the City of Henderson Municipal Building, 222 First Street, Henderson, Kentucky on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. The bids are being solicited pursuant to KRS 45A.365.
