Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting/Site Visit

Instructions for the Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit:

A non-mandatory on-site pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 PM on March 4, 2026, at 930 Laurel Street,

Columbia, SC (meeting under the Pavilion at “The Landing”).

This will be a formal site visit. Contractors intending to submit a response to the RFP are strongly encouraged to

attend and familiarize themselves with the site conditions and the specific scope of work associated with each location.

At a minimum, 30 minutes before the scheduled pre-proposal meeting, each participant shall provide their Name,

Business/Organization represented, Telephone Number, Fax Number, and Email address. Information shall be

provided to procurement@columbiasc.gov and copy angela.seymour@columbiasc.gov.
