Scope of Services	SECO is seeking to qualify contractors for Overhead Line Construction. Qualifiers will be added to an upcoming services bid. The expected services will be: The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor, equipment, tools, vehicles, documentation, and supervision to perform all facets of overhead distribution line work and incidental underground work within SECO`s service territory. This work includes new construction, relocations, along with system improvement and restoration job types associated with SECO`s distribution network.
