Summary

The proposed project, hereinafter referred to as the “Project” consists of the construction of a roadway extension for Nellie Drive, located adjacent to 2038 US Highway 98 in Walton County, Florida, within Sections 25 and 26, Township 2S, Range 20. The Project involves extending the existing Nellie Drive approximately one mile from Chat Holley Road to US Highway 98

Contract Time: The contract duration is THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE (365) days to substantial completion with an additional THIRTY (30) days for punch list completion.
