Project Description: Louisville Fire is looking for a general contractor for the renovation of Engine 20 located at 1735 Bardstown Road. The first floor will have a new roof added to cover the entire balance of the property. There will be 3 offices located in three of the horse stalls, a pantry in the fourth and a day room and kitchen area in the balance of the space. Engine 20 is located in a historic district and the successful general contractor should have experience with Historic renovation. The Firehouse will be closed and all nonattached items removed Louisville Fire has had all known asbestos removed.
