Submissions may be made via email, shared file service, or USB drive delivered to the address noted below; the City does not assume responsibility for the failure of submissions to be received by the City by the date and time noted above. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the submission, to reject any or all submissions, and to accept the submission(s) that in its judgment is in its best interest.
