Description: The Village of Northbrook is requesting proposals from professional engineering firms for National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) Program Manager services. The Village is seeking a proposal for NBIS services for the upcoming Fiscal Years 2026-27 and 2028-29, as well as on call bridge inspection services for Fiscal Year 2027-2028. Respondents must be able to demonstrate previous experience serving as NBIS PM for local agencies. The submitted Proposal should include the firm’s qualifications, project team, resumes, detailed scope of services/tasks, schedule, man hour estimate, and not-to-exceed costs for completing the NBIS PM services specified in the RFP document.
