Faxed and emailed responses will not be considered. Any responses received after the stated due date will not be accepted or considered. Be advised that as a Request for Proposal (RFP) this contract may be negotiated; however, pricing should be submitted as the vendor’s best and final offer.Any awards made as a result of this solicitation will be in effect for one (1) year from the date of Board of Trustee approval.
