Project: Cleburne County Courthouse Wheelchair Lift Replacement, 301 W. Main St., Heber Springs, AR 72543. ACEDP Grant #790-09368.
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of the installation of a new ADA wheelchair lift at the courthouse in Heber Springs, Arkansas, will be ceceived by Cleburne County at the Cleburne County Judges Office, 300 W. Main St., Heber Springs AR 72543 until 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 16, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site Wednesday, September 9th, 1:00 P.M. The scope of work consists of the installation of a new ADA wheelchair lift to replce the existing one. Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications and other contract documents my be examined and obtained ($50.00 cost per set obtained) at Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St., Little Rock, AR. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
