Notes	The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide citywide landscape maintenance and mowing services. The City of College Station reserves the right to select multiple qualified landscape contractors to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal. The RFP specifications, Excel pricing worksheet and site maps shall be downloaded from the Brazos Valley e-Market Place. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at City of College Station, 1101 Texas Ave, College Station, Texas, City Hall, First floor, Bush 4141 Community Room, at 2:00 P.M on Wednesday, April 8. 2026. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory and attendance is required for proposal submission to be considered.
