STATE TERM SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY All responses must be in reference to State Term Schedule Contract #STS534109  as awarded by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached)  apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract. BRAND NAME : The product(s) specified in this bid are being bid as BRAND (and model) SPECIFIC. That signifies no alternates will be accepted for award. Bid is in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code 123:5-1-10 (D) (6). EVALUATION : Bids will be evaluated in accordance with ORC 125.07. In addition, the State will multiply the bid prices by the estimated usage to calculate a total bid price for each item. AWARD A purchase order (PO) will be awarded to  lowest responsible and responsive quote as a result of this solicitation.
