  The project generally consists of the construction of an approximate 70-footlong retaining wall at MP 2.12 and an approximate 120-foot-long retaining wall at MP 2.19 on Fairfax Bolinas Road in unincorporated Fairfax. Construction will generally include the following work activities: soldier pile retaining wall with concrete lagging, tiebacks, minor concrete, shoring, temporary structures, earthwork, pier drilling, erosion and sediment control, roadway paving, striping, minor drainage improvements, traffic control, guardrail installation, and rock slope protection.
