Project Description: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) is soliciting proposals through a competitive process from qualified contractors to provide districtwide carpet cleaning and maintenance services. The requirements for the work are further described in Section 2 – Scope of Services.
A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Failure to attend may render your proposal null and void. Proposers are encouraged to RSVP in advance of the job walk. Please see Section 1.9 for further details and instructions.
