Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 11, 2024 by the City of Battle Ground at the City of Battle Ground City Hall, 109 SW 1st Street, Suite 127, Battle Ground, Washington 98604, for the Senior Center Remodel (RR-FA-2023-02) project and other related work; then publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Battle Ground City Hall, 109 SW 1st Street, Suite 122, Battle Ground, Washington. SCOPE OF WORK Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the remodel of the Battle Ground Senior Center. Work may include, but is not limited to, a new rear patio cover / roof line extension, kitchen remodel, event space remodel, bathroom remodel, HVAC replacement, electrical work, CMU wall demolition and repair, asbestos abatement, fencing installation, paint, roofing, drywall, and more.
