RRAP provides grants to eligible non-profit organizations that will review homeowner applications and facilitate eligible housing rehabilitation and repair projects to accomplish these goals.

Grantees must be a 501(c)3 and registered in the State of Kansas. Grantees must meet the qualifications listed in the application. More information on the RRAP program specifics can be found in the Home Rehabilitation and Repair Assistance Program Guide. Special Requirements: This RFP solicits a Grantee to administer RRAP for a three-year period, with annual review and approval of the program allocation by the City Commission. It is anticipated that $150,000 will be allocated to RRAP in 2026. The City Commission must approve the grant award, currently scheduled for its March 3, 2026, meeting.
