Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Cleveland will accept sealed Proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the completion of the future City Hall building at 44 Inman Street and City Council building at 70 Inman Street. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., EST, May 5, 2026, at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, NE Cleveland, TN, 37311.    Any proposal received after the date and time specified will not be considered. The project scope will consist of preconstruction services to develop a construction schedule and plan of service for executing the work, as well as general contractor services to complete the remaining portion of the work. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM, EST at the Cleveland Municipal Building Council Room, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.
