Military Sealift Command Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


2. Solicitation number is N3220526Q7258 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

Pricing Arrangement: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) $

1. The Government intends on awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the aforementioned services. It is expected that award will be made by no later than 23 September 2026.


2. The required Period of Performance is 24 September 2026 to 30 October 2026 and performance location GUAM 7th Fleet.
