Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town Board of the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY, does hereby invite sealed bids for the sale and delivery of bulk premium hardwood pellets for the year 2026 to the Town of Chester Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, New York 12817.

The Town Board requests proposals be submitted for a one-year contract. Specifications can be obtained from the Town Clerk. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Pellet Bid."

Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY, or in person at the Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, on or before Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read at the Town Clerk’s Office of the Town of Chester on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 1:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
