Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase a 2027 Freightliner 114SD plus conventional chassis from Premier Truck Group of Portland (Premier), based on State of Oregon Price Agreement PO-10700-0004663 (formerly 1640) (State Contract) awarded under Invitation to Bid No. DASPS-2295-20.  District is an Oregon Cooperative Procurement Program member, and as such, is an authorized purchaser under the State Contract.  This notice is given according to ORS 279A.215.
