ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Avenue,

Pocatello, Idaho 83201 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 for DPW Project 25230

Beckley Nursing Remodel & Equip. Tiered Classroom 209, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include ISU Beckley Nursing Remodel & Equip.

Tiered Classroom 209. Remodel of approx. 2,200 sf at the ISU Beckley nursing building in Pocatello. The

project combines two classrooms into a single, larger space and introduces an accessible single-user

restroom to improve overall usability and accessibility for students and faculty. The scope of the project raises

the existing classroom floor to match the main building level, eliminating interior stairs and ensuring ADA

accessibility throughout the teaching space. The work also includes replacement of classroom windows to

improve energy efficiency, and the construction of a new ADA-compliant single-user restroom and other Work

indicated in the Contract Documents.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, June 4, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local

time, at the 620 Memorial Dr. Pocatello, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors from the Design Professional for a

refundable deposit of $0.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
