Project Description:	Remove mold on walls, ceiling and floor of existing pipe service tunnel. Provide new water proofing system. Remove existing moldy pipe insulation and replace with closed cell insulation. Add. Alt. #1 Replace additional insulation - Add Alt. #2 Clean western portion of tunnel - Add. Alt. #3 Clean eastern portion of tunnel. Bids will be received at Southwest Tennessee Community College, Macon Cove Campus, 5896 Resources Drive, Physical Plant Conference Room, Memphis, TN 38134. Bids will be opened and read publicly. Refer to the Invitation to Bid for more information.
