Description:

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Board of Hamilton County, Indiana
will, on the 25th day of November, 2024, in Government and Judicial Center
in the City of Noblesville, Hamilton County, Indiana, at 9:00 AM, receive
sealed BIDS for furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials necessary
for the maintenance of all URBAN REGULATED drains and or ditches under
the jurisdiction of said Board for the calendar year of 2025, and will award a
contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder according to
specifications and proposal on file in the office of said Board and may accept
more than one bidder.

Bidders shall submit bids on a unit price basis as per form available in the
Surveyor’s Office, furnish financial statements and bidder’s bond.

The right is reserved to reject any or all BIDS.

A non-refundable fee of fifteen ($15.00) dollars is required for these forms.
(Make check payable to Hamilton County Treasurer)

THE HAMILTON COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD REQUIRES A COMPLETE
DAILY LOG OF EACH WORK ORDER/CLAIM TURNED IN.

ALL BIDS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE DRAINAGE BOARD SECRETARY
BY 9:00 AM OF DUE DATE (SUITE 188)
