The Minnesota Department of Health intends to enter an agreement with Mantech for the purchase of a year long service agreement that will provide preventative maintenance, labor, and parts to keep instruments operating in excellent condition and if the instruments do have issues service to evaluate and fix the problem. This has been deemed a single source, as only Mantech has the equipment, knowledge, parts, and diagrams to properly fix and maintain the instruments. Mantech is the sole provider of the product line in the USA, and no other representative in the USA can sell products, provide repair/replacement parts, maintenance, repair/replacement services, field services, and technical support for MANTECH MT-Series, BOD and PeCOD Products, Consumables, and Accessories.
