Project Description: Sale of Approximately 20 Acres of District-Owned Property Near Madden Road and Westmoor Drive, Fort Bend County, Texas. In accordance with Texas Local Government Code 272, Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is soliciting sealed offers for the purchase of a tract of land consisting of approximately 20 acres located near the corner of Madden Rd. and Westmoor Dr. in Fort Bend County, Texas.
Introduction:
Fort Bend Independent School District (“FBISD” or the “District”) is soliciting sealed offers for the purchase of real property owned by FBISD in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 272.001, and pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Sealed Offers.
Property:
The property to be sold by the District, consists of approximately 20 acres located near the corner of Madden Rd. and Westmoor Dr. in Fort Bend County, Texas; as depicted and described in the attached Exhibit A (“Property”). Note that the Property would be conveyed subject to all applicable restrictions, and the conveyance will not include mineral rights.
