Pre Bid Conference: The mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2025, at the Public Safety Building located at 400 West Broadway, Long Beach, CA 90802. The Job site walk through will follow at 10:30 a.m. Bulletin Desc: The work to be done consists primarily of furnishing all of the administration, labor, materials, tools, and incidentals required to complete the work in place for the removal & replacement of the existing roofing system at the Public Safety Building. All in accordance with contract documents enumerated in the contract and all incompliance with the relevant laws, building codes and regulations set by federal, state and local authorities.
