A Request for Proposals Package for Sustainable Planning in Coastal Communities:
Risk Reduction, Revitalization and Restoration NYS DOS Contract Number C1002612 funded by New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund Local Waterfront Revitalization Program may be obtained from the Office of the Senior Purchasing Agent by emailing: For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or calling 631.324.4183 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, beginning Thursday, May 8, 2025.
It is the policy of the Town and funding agencies to encourage the use of minority and women owned business enterprises in this project. As this project is funded with a grant award of $600,000 by the New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, there are NYS certified MWBE requirements associated with this contract. All qualified NYS certified Minority and Women Owned Business (MWBE) contractors, suppliers, and/or businesses will be afforded equal opportunity without discrimination because of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual preference, or Vietnam Era Veterans status. All proposers that are not an MWBE firm should include a MWBE participation plan for making good faith efforts. Bidders are also advised that specific MWBE goals have been established for this project as follows:
Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises 30%
Sealed proposals, on the forms provided in the RFP package, shall be received by the Senior Purchasing Agent of the Town of East Hampton, 159 Pantigo Road East Hampton, New York no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday, June 5, 2025 .
The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
