Bid Title:	Caldwell County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Requests for Proposals: Fiscal Year 2026- 27

Description: JCPC requests proposals to serve delinquent and at-risk youth, ages 6 – 17, from local non-profits, public agencies, and housing authorities.  Approximately $263,703* through NC Department of Public Safety – Division of Adult Correction/Juvenile Justice for fiscal year July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.  Requires a 20% local match.  Funding priority will be given to proposals for the following service types:  Psychological Assessments; Services Addressing Problem Sexual Behavior; Counseling Services; Teen Court/Restorative Circles; Mediation; Restitution/Community Service; Interpersonal Skills Building; Mentoring; Substance Abuse Treatment. Programs should address the following concerns as reported in the Youth Assessment & Screening Instrument (YASI) for Adjudicated Youth: Previous Delinquent Referrals, Person Crimes, Family Alcohol and Substance Abuse Issues, Family Mental Health Issues, Family Criminal History; Living Arrangements; Issues Addressing Truancy issues, School Behavior and Academic Performance; Issues surrounding Peers and Associates, Youth Alcohol/Substance Use, Mental Health issues, History of Abuse, History with Victimization/Aggression.
