Description: The Sunlight Subdivision and adjacent West Steamboat service area are approaching the limits of existing pressure and fire-flow capacity as demand grows. A new BPS is required to establish a resilient, independently pressurized zone capable of meeting current and projected demands, including fire suppression requirements under the applicable fire code and Insurance Services Office (ISO) criteria.
