This intake seeks to initiate a competitive Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the scheduled quarterly preventive maintenance, service, and repair of the Milnor laundry room washers and dryers at the Pinellas County Detention Center. Background

The Detention Center operates tunnel washing machine, six (6) Milnor washing machines, and seven (7) Milnor dryers essential for the sanitary cleaning of clothing, lining and bedding. Ensuring these machines remain fully functional is critical to maintaining efficient meal service operations. Any mechanical breakdowns or service disruptions result in increased operational costs. Regular maintenance and timely repairs are therefore necessary to minimize expenses and support consistent service.
